Nov 4 , Defence Attache of Embassy of People’s Republic of China in Kathmandu met with Chairman to learn about NISS.

Nov 9 , 2016 Professor Dr. Dai Yonghong visited Chairman of NISS while he attends  Seminar in Kathmandu.

Nov 10-14, 2016  Chairman visited Leshan Normal University where he was awarded a professor of that institute. He presented a lecture on ” China Nepal Relations” and generated a discussion on Trans himalayan Cooperation.
